FAQ
Do I need rehab?
Chances are if you're asking yourself if you need rehab, you already know you have a problem that needs addressing. Deciding whether a residential rehab like banyantree21 is for you is a personal decision, however we welcome all calls from potential clients and concerned loved ones who would like some advice or want to take part in a free and confidential consultation.
What is the admissions procedure?
We start by conducting a brief assessment over the phone with the potential client, collecting personal details and history as well as answering any questions. We are also more than happy to conduct this initial assessment with family members who may make contact first, although we will need to speak with the person receiving treatment prior to approval. We can then hold a reservation for 48 hours before a 50% deposit is required. Once the deposit is received we will liaise with the client and/or family member to help arrange travel.
Why 21 days? Can I stay longer?
Our programme is designed to give maximum benefit in the shortest time. We strongly believe you will experience the change and clarity you seek in just 21 days. You can always decide to extend your stay here, either from initial booking or whilst at banyantree21. However you will not meet any pressure to stay. You may well find that 21 days is indeed enough.
Am I free to leave when I want?
All clients are welcome to leave at any point however a counsellor will speak with you at your exit interview to help you fully understand your decision behind leaving. Early removal from the programme is not advised and you will be encouraged to stay.
How much will it cost?
Please follow the link to our Admission & Cost page for prices.
What is your refund policy?
